No bad, but don't really care for the taste and texture, not sure if I should be doing something different when using this flour?
Thank you for your feedback. We wish you had a better experience with SunFlour. Although we don't get this feedback often, we recognize it's not for everyone. To answer your question, it would help to know what recipes you tried as sometimes adaptations don't work the first time around. Alternative flours can take experimenting. We have many tested recipes and also can offer suggestions. Feel free to send a note with any info or call and we'll see what we can come up with for you.

I make everything with SunFlour. I'll add cassava, tapioca, or arrowroot flours if it needs a texture change. Any recipe I make I substitute with SunFlour due to severe food allergies. I also cannot tolerate egg white, so use only yolks or the chia equivalent. The first attempt shows me what changes, if any, need to be made.
SunFlour is the most versatile flour of all the alternative flours (in my opinion)!

It feels good to bake for my family knowing that we are getting really nutrient dense yummy foods filled with healthy fats and fibers. I bake muffins and cookies. I use it to give meat, fish and veggies a little crunch. SunFlour even makes a great gravy and thickener for soups and sauces. SunFlour agrees with our bellies and it feels good to send the kids out the door with a truly healthy and filling muffin for breakfast.
