The guys in my house aren't always as good with words as I would like them to be. At first, they saw the pizza dough proofing and said "this looks interesting." Then, they saw the parbaked crusts (after 10 minutes) and they looked a little less concerned. Finally, the finished pizza was cut up and served. No one was saying much of anything and I finally said "So, how is it?" -- "It's good."(Like I said, men of few words.) I think that my teen sensed my frustration and finally stopped chewing and said Mom, it's not just okay, it's REALLY GOOD pizza." They ate every bite! We will definitely be making this again. I have some parbaked crusts in my freezer right now for a quick pizza night!

We were committed to making a pizza that didn't have the typical gluten free cardboard or chewy texture and would taste good on it's own. I am completely obsessed with this pizza dough. I've never come by a gluten-free pizza dough recipe or mix that uses yeast as the leavening agent, but it is amazing how it works. The yeast creates such a lovely texture and flavor. This is by far the best gluten-free pizza crust I've ever had.
