Standard & Expedited Service

We ship to most locations in the US via USPS, using priority or ground service or via UPS ground. Sorry, we do not ship outside of the US.

Depending on where you live, standard ship times are 2-4 business days. We process orders twice a week (typically Tuesday and Friday) so timing of fulfillment depends on when you order. We aim to get your orders shipping as fast as possible for you!

A Boost for a Better Life

When I developed IBS after taking care of a family member's illness, I immediately went on an elimination diet. The results were what you would expect: No dairy, no gluten, no red meat....and on the list went. That didn't leave many food choices to eat or enjoy. Until the day I found an ad for Sunflower Muffins. High in protein, and has no gluten, plus there was no long list of additives as other products I had researched. That was a little over two years ago. Since then, I have been able to add a few more items to my diet. But Sunflour Muffins remains one of my staples. I have one or two muffins every day. I also have to hide a few as everyone in our family plus visitors enjoy them. Needless to say, when I learned that the company was going to close somewhat.... it meant no more ordering Sunflour Muffin Mix. as previously. I immediately bought every bag of muffin mix that I could find online. But what about those who didn't see the notice and depend on the product like I have? I am hoping that somehow in the next year, we will see once again, Sunflour Muffin Mix to purchase. A great product

We add chopped red walnuts and frozen blueberries to our muffin flour mix. Also low fat coconut milk instead of dairy or water. Also, a small amount of nutmeg.

SUNFLOWER power mixes

The Sunflower Brownie mix is amazing! I added the chocolate chips for more flavor! The Sunflower muffin mix / Lemon Blueberry recipe was spot on. I will be buying these again soon.

Healthy and delicious

We love these muffins made with lemon and blueberries. It’s so good to know they’re healthy and wholesome as well as tasty. They’re a cheerful wake-up treat in the morning with coffee or tea or satisfying pick me up later in the day! I make mini muffins and have them in the freezer for whenever I want a taste of deliciousness!

The lemon blueberry recipe seems to be everyone's favorite, especially for breakfasts. We also love making minis so there's always a healthy snack on hand too. We appreciate hearing from you!
