Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Because we are selling a food product, only returns or exchanges for defective products are accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the shipping package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If there is a problem with the product you receive, please do not just send it back to us. First, contact us at email@example.com or 636-273-9741 to let us know what the problem is.
You have our commitment that we'll do our best to fix it.
We may ask for photos instead of a mail return, so please don't throw away packing material or shipping bags or boxes if the problem is shipping damage, for example.
Refunds or Exchanges
If you are approved for a refund or exchange based on our initial assessment, we'll notify you by email when we have received and inspected your photos or returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges are rejected if an item you return or photos you send do not match your description on the call/email, if the return does not meet the criteria listed above, or if it was an unauthorized return.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to the credit card used to complete the purchase within a reasonable amount of time (typically only a day) from the receipt of your photos or returned item.
If you are approved for an exchange, we will ship it to you via our standard shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund several days after we tell you the credit was issued, first check your bank account or credit card as it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a reminder, please do not send product back until we have discussed the problem. We do not automatically refund or exchange for items sent back.
