    Sunflour is my favorite low carb flour. My picky family likes the food I bake with it. The texture is much better than with almond flour.

    I have not had a donut in 13 years. I am gluten free and it is hard to find them without a high amount of sugar. I have missed them. I made these for an adult birthday party. Gluten free and sugar free. They were such a big hit. Many left with goody bags of donuts. So happy with this recipe made from scratch. I am looking forward to finding recipes that combine sunflower flour and a gluten free flour to be more versatile.

    I love this bread. Toasted with some grass fed butter and raw honey. Tastes wonderful and very filling. I love that it is high protein, grain free and low carb. My granddaughters love it also.

    Wonderfully versatile!

    I've been really happy using SunFlour in a variety of recipes! I have to eat low carb and cannot digest meat very well. I recently made your recipe for a ground meat substitute (using Middle Eastern seasonings instead of taco seasoning) and it was wonderful!
