We are strict Keto. Have really learned to hate the taste of almond flour over the past year. Sunflour has really been perfect for us. I replace half the almond flour in a recipe with Sunflour. And presto! no more almond flour flavor. Love it!

I haven't used any yet but am disappointed that you seem to have to use a whole package to make something. Makes it entirely too expensive for my buget.
While there may be some recipes that would call for the use of a whole bag of SunFlour (like a keto bread that would last for several meals), there are many more recipes where you would only use a cup or two of SunFlour. Several are on our website and, you can find almost any almond flour based recipe and sub SunFlour for the almond flour. Most will not call for the use of the entire bag. One easy and delicious thing to do with SunFlour is use it to bread veggies, fish or poultry. It makes those dishes much more nutritious and tasty and uses very little SunFlour. We're happy to help with recipe ideas if you need some.
I have ordered several 5lb bags of Sunflour and made the bread recipe you included. It was delicious. WOW !! Texture was light and taste was amazing. I've tried other keto bread recipes but those didn't come out as well as your recipe!!

I have only used this flour twice, but plan on using it in lieu of wheat flour for all my baking. I made strawberry bread and Cabbage pie using the sunflour 1:1 and it came out great ! I want to find a peanut butter cookie recipe and use Sunflour. The nut/seed combo will provide a complete protein. Really looking forward to baking more with this product. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!
