    I've used it twice so far substituting it for wheat flour 1:1

    I have only used this flour twice, but plan on using it in lieu of wheat flour for all my baking. I made strawberry bread and Cabbage pie using the sunflour 1:1 and it came out great ! I want to find a peanut butter cookie recipe and use Sunflour. The nut/seed combo will provide a complete protein. Really looking forward to baking more with this product. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!

    Best Low-Carb Flour Ever!

    I’ve been able to eat bread for the first time in over a year! And brownies! And chocolate chips cookies! All with no effect on my blood sugar. And the days I make cinnamon toast using coconut palm sugar, my blood sugar actually goes down, I assume because of the cinnamon. Besides cinnamon toast, I’ve used the bread to make garlic toast, croutons, and just bread and butter. I cannot sing its praises enough. SunFlour user for life!
